I am a member of the National Association of REALTOR®s. I have worked all areas of Real Estate and Real Estate Law from Real Estate Assistant, Salesperson, Paralegal to a Mortgage Company, Paralegal to two Real Estate Attorneys.
My degree is Legal Studies, Paralegal, B.S. Specialized in Environmental and Real Estate Law from Becker College.
I have created innumerable deeds and Purchase and Sales Agreements, and have prepared reports for the Commissioner of Banks in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
I have officiated at closing in my capacity as Paralegal and have brought the entire package down to the Registry of Deeds to record the documents.
