I have been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1979 and a full time Realtor since 2000. Prior to that I owned a successful Video Store with my wife for 21 years (we were voted “Best In Metrowest” multiple times). I take pride in what I do. After spending three years in the United States Army, I received my Bachelor of Science in Management from Boston State College under the G.I. Bill. For the last 21 years I have coached the youth of Framingham in Baseball, Softball, Soccer and Basketball.

Coaching is my passion which I believe translates well to the Real Estate field where I coach clients through one of the most critical decisions of their lives. I am a Professional who keeps up with the latest technology (yes I have an IPHONE and love texting). I market my listings on the Internet with my Visual Tours on Realtor.com and Boston.com. I also market homes through the print media-Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Metrowest Daily News. The more people who view a home translates to a higher sale price. The key is to get people in the door and that's what I do best. I also LOVE working with buyers. I have helped young couples buy their first home guiding them step by step through the whole process. I also have helped more seasoned couples downsize to a nice one level ranch. I am experienced in dealing with Short Sales and Bank Owned properties. Your complete satisfaction is my one goal. I am available to my clients all the time (except when I'm having dinner with my family). I have had conversations with my clients from Fenway Park, Cape Cod and the Coast of Maine. I DO answer my phone and take pride in talking to my clients at least once a week with constant updates. My training in the United States Army taught me discipline- to be on time and always ready when needed. I also have a sense of humor which is important in life. I am a positive person by nature and that comes across in everything I do.
