Personal about Jim & Jeanie:
Jim and his wife Jeanie have resided in Westford, MA for 20+ years. They have Five Children: Katelinde, Jennifer, Austin, Shannon, & Veronica. Jeanie & Jim both have been active in community events and organizations. Jim is Past President of the Westford Rotary Club, and Jeanie is Past President of the Quota Club of Westford. Both are active in St. Mark's parish community. Jim & Jeanie created "Chocolate Sunday" a now staple community event each year around Valentines Day. Jim was a charter member of the "Westford Expressions" Toastmasters Club. He is an award winning public access CTV producer of two past shows; "Westford Today" & "All About Real Estate." While president of the Rotary Club he was instrumental in bringing the State of Massachusetts Official Bar-B-Que Cook off Contest to Westford in the 1990's. Now held in Lowell, October's "Pig & Pepper Harvest Festival" is a 2-day event attended by tens of thousands of participants.
Professional Experience:
Jim grew up in a Real Estate Family, his Father Henry, a New York Lawyer, had been in the Real Estate business for 50+ years. Henry was a licensed RE Broker in New York, Massachusetts & New Hampshire. Jim's brother Donald was a Certified Appraiser and Buyer's Broker in the Seacoast Area of NH. Personally, Jim has over 28 years Property Management experience, & has been a Realty Broker for the last 18+ years. Currently Jim is the Broker/Owner of EXIT Advantage Realty in Westford, MA. Having celebrated our 10th Anniversary in 2010, we are now in our 2nd Decade of offering cutting edge Realty services to our Buyer & Seller Clients!
